Beau Seccull is a commercial property and retail advisory professional with more than two decades of experience shaping leasing strategy, site acquisition, and brand–landlord partnerships across Australia. He specialises in aligning commercial objectives with long-term retail positioning for both landlords and national brands.

Beginning his career with The Just Group, Beau developed strong technical expertise in lease structures, market analysis, relationship management, and commercial negotiation. He went on to hold senior development and property roles with Yum! Restaurants (KFC & Pizza Hut) and Grill’d, where he led network growth, franchising support, and site development across national portfolios.
He later joined Fonda as Head of Leasing and Supply, driving network expansion, site selection, and supplier negotiations during a key growth phase for the brand. In 2016, Beau co-founded Urban Food Collective, later expanding into The Leasing Collective, where he continues to advise retailers and property owners on leasing strategy, network optimisation, and long-term retail planning.
Known for his practical, deal-focused approach, Beau works across both strategy and execution, collaborating with stakeholders on retail and mixed-use developments including drive-thru, kiosk, and in-line formats. With a deep understanding of the Australian retail landscape, he brings a commercially grounded perspective to complex decisions, supporting clients through growth with clarity and professionalism.

Andrew Danson is an experienced retail and property executive with more than two decades spent shaping, advising and leading national retail networks across Australia. His career spans operational leadership, franchising, property strategy, and multi-site retail growth for some of the country’s most recognised brands.

Starting in commercial real estate and property valuation, Andrew developed a strong analytical foundation in asset assessment, lease structures, and market analysis. He went on to hold senior national roles with Wendy’s Supa Sundaes and Roll’d Australia, leading network expansion, franchising operations, site selection, and commercial negotiations during periods of significant growth.
In 2016, he co-founded Urban Food Collective, later expanding into The Leasing Collective, where he advises major landlords and national retailers on leasing strategy, network optimisation, and long-term retail planning. His work spans high-profile precincts including universities, stadiums, and large private retail portfolios.
Andrew also brings extensive governance experience, having served in leadership roles with MND Australia and the South Melbourne Market, supported by his AICD qualifications.
